Roman Dziedzinskyj has been in the homebuilding industry since 1983. Roman was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic and earned his Master of Science in Civil Engineering at Czech Technical University in 1979. For the last 28 years Roman has worked for major residential and commercial companies. One of them, Kipling Homes has been the custom homebuilder in Will County area for the past three decades. Roman has served on several projects and quickly climbed the ladder from Project Superintendent to Vice President of Construction, managing multiple superintendents and subdivisions. Roman's major passions is custom homes and after "The Housing Bubble" in 2008 Roman created his own company, Old Prague Homes, a custom homebuilding company. He and his wife Barbara are the proud parents of 4 children.
